Day 1 Beginning

I'm going to make the changes I need to make. I've been to lazy to follow through on anything. I'm overwhelmed by the number of changes I need to make. Instead of changing it all at once which will always result in a giant mess, I'm going to change one thing at a time.

Today, we start with working out. It takes 40 days to form a habit. My goal is to work out in some way everyday for at least 20 mins for the next 40 days. That is it. 20 mins of activity. I can do that. That is all I'm going to worry about for now. 20 minutes.
